This is a blatant attempt by Nestle to circumvent the agreements and restrictions that the government quite rightly imposed on them. Please don't allow them to game the system and continue to steal the water that is needed by all. They will take more profits and contribute vastly to the plastic problem. There is no win in letting them do this.
