I am NOT in support of…

I am NOT in support of giving a permit to take water. Water is one of, if not the, most precious resources we have. It will become more and more precious as time goes on and water scarcity starts to affect even us here, surrounded by the Great Lakes. We cannot afford to give it away for a company to profit off of when it is necessary for our future lives.

In addition, there are Indigenous communities in Canada who continue to go without safe drinking water. What a ridiculous and disgraceful notion to sell off potable water when not everyone can even access it.

I support protecting our resources for our current generations and our future generations. I do not support this permit.
