Please find attached recommendations and a Council resolution from the Town of Erin. Please note that during discussion, Council endorsed all the staff report recommendations in the enclosed report and added one additional recommendation that the Triton Erin Permit to Take Water not be renewed for 10 years and instead only be renewed for 5 years. This is due to the anticipated growth in the Town of Erin including the need for two additional municipal wells, one in Hillsburgh and one in Erin.
