That maximum volume of water…

That maximum volume of water per day seems high. I don't see how the source could keep up, if that draw was pulled from the well. Please do not allow such a high volume to be pulled, unless you have studies to show that the volume would be in balance with the well's ability to replenish, as well as other users' needs (farms, homes, etc.)
