I think the changes are a positive step forward and simplifying is definitely the direction we need to go. The only change I would add is the ability to use a bow uninterrupted from start to finish in all seasons including during controlled deer hunts. It’s objectively more difficult to use a bow than muzzleloader, avoids discrimination against non firearms licensed hunters and allows for broader reach to participate. Hunters orange like In one of the new proposed changes could also be used there for safety as well.
