I am curious and very upset…

I am curious and very upset that the ministry is excluding both zones 91 and 92, in the option to hunt either bow or gun during the three weeks of gun season. Why is this what makes these 2 zones so special as to not be included??? Please tell me you have legitimate reasons for this other then pressure from god who knows!!!!! I believe this is incredibly stupid and miss guided. These two zones must be included in the amendment and allowed to have the choice as to how we hunt the rut whether it be with gun or bow!!!
