I don't agree with these…

I don't agree with these changes excluding WMUs 91 and 92. Numerous archers hunt within these zones and these changes serve only to punish archers. No representative consultation has been performed surveying the opinions of the diverse number of hunters in these WMUs. I cannot fathom a reasonable justification to specifically exclude these hunters. Consideration should be made for working individuals with children. It can be difficult to set aside time to engage in hunting activities. By forcing archers out of three weeks you eliminate the opportunity for a number of hunts. Moreover, shift workers such as myself work specific weekends and thus may only have an opportunity to hunt during excluded weeks. The role of the Ministry should be to facilitate access to our environment for Ontarians rather than making active efforts to dissuade persons from enjoying the outdoors. This apparent effort to exclude archers is very disappointing.
