Early mornings, cover of darkness, entries to ground and tree blinds without gun hunters being aware is dangerous and exacerbated by this proposed change. An off season MNR/FN super controlled deer hunt in Short Hills Provincial Park is Archery only ? Reportedly for safety clearly not revenue neutral or efficient deer pop reduction oriented. Archery bias questionable
