Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on the subject application.

The Township retained R. J. Burnside & Associates Limited (Burnside) to peer review the technical material in support of the application.

Burnside prepared a letter, dated November 29, 2021, which was presented to Council at the December 15, 2021 meeting. Based on the discussion at the meeting and Council direction, the Burnside letter was updated.

The recommendations in Section 3 of the updated Burnside letter, dated December 16, 2021 are the Township of Tiny formal comments on this application.
