How is this ERO considered public consultation when Bill 109 has already received royal assent on April 14? The Government has already made a decision on the proposal without giving the public the least amount of time to respond to such proposal (March 30 to April 29). This is not a democratic or fair process. The government does not respect public opinion or due process. We cannot rely on you to represent the public fairly.
