I think Ontario should be a leader in sustainable development and should be increasing opportunities for affordable housing while not increasing sprawl and development of agricultural and natural lands. This is a great proposal. There should be a focus on smaller homes, but quality homes, that are built within walkable and livable communities. It should be easier for property owners to build tiny homes that serve these needs and they can provide a great solution to both affordability and protect our limited natural resources and spaces.
