Welded Tubes should never have been able to locate so close to a residential area. Duh-gazio and the Welland hierarchy should be ashamed of themselves. The plant presents a trifecta of pollution in the form of, air, noise and now light. I hear the term nuisance being bandied about for the noise pollution. Let me assure you it is far beyond that affecting the quality of life for anyone situated near the plant. The only thing this pariah of a plant is noted for is being fined for almost crushing an employee to death. This has been going on for years without any intervention. The term long term plan is simply unacceptable. Do something already!!
