No. Just no. So short sighted of you all to even consider this. I’m embarrassed for you.
Why don’t you speak with your corporation friends about the trend in office occupancy post pandemic. They’d likely tell you that their nervous about the future where they know many many office buildings will be vacant due to large companies downsizing and not renewing their leases as they’ve converted to permanent work from home.
Why don’t you get creative and rethink about how these large empty office buildings can have dedicated mixed use facilities and partially be converted into housing?
