We need rezoning in low-density housed neighbourhoods, with middle-density housing replacing it, not yet more urban sprawl without sufficient transit options, built to get kickbacks from our developer friends. What's more, destroying protected environmental lands in the midst of a climate emergency is not only short-sighted, it assures a hastening of the conditions that are rapidly making this planet inhospitable to all human life. Stop making decisions based on short-term gain and address the bigger picture! If you're not fit to do that, you're not fit to be in office.
