Commentaire
Leave the greenbelt as it is. The land is irreplaceable. Once it is developed there is no going back. Houses can be built elsewhere, apartments can be built elsewhere. The greenbelt is special and deserving of protection. Increase the density of current suburbs and urban spaces, allow mixed use buildings, rezone existing under used commercial spaces to residential.
