The green belt should absolutely at no cost be developed.
We are some of the luckiest in the world to have such beauty at our doorsteps with the will of the people keeping it green, strong, and beautiful.

Density is more important than sprawl.
Sprawl leads to more car accidents, more pollution, more vehicular homicide, and more drunk drivers.

We should look to our future children and give them a fighting chance at a happy, safe life with beautiful nature. A beautiful nature that homes many many different species of flora and fauna. A beautiful nature that helps combat climate change.

A society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they shall never sit.

Or don't cut it all down for a sprawling suburb would be a damn good start.

Density is the solution.
Not sprawl.
This is coming from a 30 year old with a $70k A year job with benefits who still can't buy a house but wants density to solve this problem.
