There is plenty of land available elsewhere and adding more suburban sprawl to the GTHA without investing in trains (spending years widening highways as a short-term "solution" doesn't count) is not going to "get Ontario moving". Adjust zoning rules to encourage denser areas where people can actually walk or bike to get what they need instead of sitting in traffic.

It's very distressing that all of these developers had the forethought to purchase "undevelopable land" and are now going to profit from destroying the Green Belt.
