The Action Plan is an interesting step forward.
My opinion would be the neeed for education for the public and business to increase a reduction in food waste. Commericals and lierature for people to understand what goes in a compost bin and how they can save move in reducing food waste.
As well we need the infrastructure around private business and the collection of recycling and food waste.
As an educator we need more resources to enable us to better teach students about the waste stream and the destructive habits of our consumer based society.
