I’m absolutely abhorred by the proposal to develop and build houses in greenbelt area. Citizens are looking to see how a developer is legally allowed to buy the land in the first place. Will do everything in our power to bring in a court case to halt this. Anyone who sells land that is not zoned for development to a developer, and any developer who buys such land with the sole purpose of one day building on it by waiting for a new govt and changing the law, should be punished under criminal law. This is going to destroy the few green spaces left. Absolutely against this.
