It not a bad idea but I think its going to make the City loose money. Also, how we do ensure developers will not just chase money and actually build affordable housing and high-density neighborhood so they are walkable and also transit is good? City needs a lot of money to invest in better Transit and rehab aging infrastructures. We need to think of sustainability too. Also I don't agree with using Greenbelt lands at all!!!!!!! that makes no sense to me. There are so many other developable lands already why are we touching protected Greenbelt? How much more will we destroy the earth and our climate?
