I have been learning about the proposed legislation, and am very concerned about the implications of Bill 23.
After years of protecting our heritage, and being internationally lauded for our efforts, the proposed changes seriously threaten significant portions of our history. Please don't cave in to the developers. We need additional housing, but not at all cost.
