If you want to develop more housing, look at abandoned buildings, cities, etc. There are so many existing structures that could use repair or could be bulldozed and replaced. Try again. Think about the future of Ontario: if you do nothing about positive climate action THERE CANNOT BE ANY FUTURE. build the economy for longevity and not for right now.
