On behalf of Ross and Linda Gray owners of land located at 8575 Patterson Sideroad , Village of Palgrave, Town of Caledon a request for the removal of the subject land from the ORM/Greenbelt plan boundary and inclusion into the Palgrave Settlement Boundary for the purpose of providing diversified housing for a variety of age groups with focus on the older population. Both the Town of Caledon and Region of Peel have supported these requests and incorporated site specific provisions for the subject land to be utilized for such pending completion of the necessary study work in their respective official plans. The lands were formally used for aggregate purposes and are not agriculturally productive and are situated immediately adjacent to the Palgrave Settlement Boundary.
