I never get involved in any political issues but when I heard about the travesty of justice which will occur from Bill 23 I had to react!
It is an abuse of trust and power to invade and stage a coup of the Greenbelt when the people of Ontario trusted and believed Premier Fords promise that he wouldn’t touch the Greenbelt.
When the properties of the Greenbelt were first chosen it was done with careful thought and planning to the future. This NEEDS to be respected along with the trust we as the people of Ontario have entrusted Premier Ford with.
This whole bulldozing approach to the passing of Bill 23 is frightening to our democracy.
If this is allowed to continue it will destroy more than just the Greenbelt.
Please STOP THE BILL from continuing. It is a very sad and clear abuse of power!
