Quality housing is both inside and outside. We need outdoors and not just a roof over our heads. De soty is a better solution to reducing greenbelt land given it's something we can't get back. Not to mention, what makes Ontario so successful are these greenbelts who provide food and attract people to live here. If we wanted rows of houses for cheaper, we can move to Saskatchewan or Manitoba.

Don't build on more greenbelt and better use the existing land that has already been developed.
