Critical transportation infrastructure - Breslau Go Station appears missing from the submission. This was listed as provincial priority. The area around the Greenhouse Road and Kramp Road to Shantz Station should be density housing as per the 800 meters radius policy around a Go Station. Housing types - adopting missing middle could focus on Condominiums and Townhouses.
The private developer cited in Township report should be endorsed so that South Western Ontario can have the Kitchener - Toronto 2 way all day transit as campaigned by Metrolinx. Option 3 from the Regions LNA report will address the Housing crisis in Waterloo.
