Let him do it. It looks like he is following proper procedures with this application. This is an agricultural community where animal waste is spread continuously. The ( so called) treatment facilities have such a poor track record that this way is arguably the cleanest way if dealing with this. The waste being hauled out there would be DRASTICALLY reduced if the infrastructure was provided, aka sewers, in the urban areas. This is clearly an example of city people with " not in my backyard" mindset having too much of a voice. These septic tank pumpers provide a service to the rural land owners and their services would be DRASTICALLY reduced with proper sewers in towns such as Mount Brydges and Delaware. The fact that this special interest group had the resources to stick a flyer in everyone's mailbox is concerning.
