Regarding this application: nothing of substance has changed on this application since the last application. The potential ground water contamination alone is enough to dismiss this application; let alone the smell. There are options to process sewage in an environmentally friendly and safe way. This is not It. As a resident that raises a young family within several hundred meters of the property I do not approve of human waste being spread in the open air. This is simply a negative externality our rural community would have to bear with no benefit. I and others would rather an additional sewage fee when having our septic tanks emptied, rather than the contamination of our back yards.
