we are on well water not far from this farm plus he is on 2 large drains and near creeks. there are animals all around drinking this water can he say this is safe. What all is he pumping out . People don't like animal waste put out, and has to be worked down what rules does he have to abide by. And he is also removing large amounts of soil and near gas line.
