I don't agree with raw…

I don't agree with raw sewage being dumped any where on farm land.
I believe it would have negative impact on our fresh ground water, wild life cattle and livestock.
Is he's applying to do this to save on the rising costs of treating the sewage?
That's the cost of running a business!
Why should the community carry the risks of toxins, bacteria and viruses... treat the waste properly and dispose of it properly.
