With all the flooding in that area alone ,,, its certain all that waste would have run into the creek,,, were are all the regulation's gone...Glencoe did not want his waste,, Learn from them..... take the waste away to London to be treated properly... We are not a 3 rd world country,,,I say no!!!!! Soon everyone will just pump out there tanks and spew it out in there own yards,,,,,, Gross
