Good Day!
When first receiving the notice of a proposal to haul and dump raw, untreated human waste directly on ground property, I was completely taken back and very much astonished that the MOE could possibly entertain such a possibility! Let alone, that it already is actually accepted with a list of requirements needed to be followed. Firstly, I do not understand why all of this human waste is not being appropriately handled in the same manner as our own personal human waste… in a sewage system that we personally pay for. Does that not make the most sense? More directly, would any of us want this type of human waste dumped anywhere near where we or others live? What effect does this have on any wildlife and permanent damage to the actual ground? I am anxious, saddened and concerned for many reasons and plan to review in greater detail.
