Train and trail is a bloodsport and should be banned outright. Cruelty to animals should not be condoned, licensed and /or encouraged by the government.
If hunters want to train their dogs, they should look at drag hunting (a scent is laid by humans) as practiced in the UK and elsewhere.
Please discard this destructive, backward, inhumane proposal.
