I am not in support of the expansion of licensing that allows dogs to hunt penned amimals. This is savagely cruel and an unneccessary practice which was recognized as that, in an attempt to phase out in the 1990's. As a so called "sport", it is barbaric and we were shocked to see that the Ontario government would even consider this as acceptable.
