Why not immediately? What is this winding down? The public has not paid for this for awhile and when that happened it was immediately. You are wasting taxpayers money by waiting until April 2019. Sending me a form email to my original email makes me see you are evading my original question. So much for working for Ontario's population. Us lowly people are not important and as far as I'M m concerned you are bullies and really only listen to people who will follow you like puppies.
