Are you insane? Are you seriously suggesting that this is a good change in policy? Are enough Tory voters clambering for the right to torture animals that you're going to backtrack on 25 years of phasing out this barbarism? Disgraceful that this is even being proposed, absolutely ghoulish that this public comment isn't going to amount to anything. I hope you're haunted by the screams of scared animals being ripped to shreds by slavering dogs until your dying day.
