This is a horrific proposal to being back a barbaric and inhumane practice that should never have been allowed to take place. The suffering and cruelty that would be inflicted on innocent wild animals is completely unjustifiable and frankly, unconscionable to even consider supporting. Please do not proceed with this policy change that has no place in a modern and humane society.
