This is an incredibly cruel and inhumane practice - not much different than bull baiting and dog fighting. I seriously hope the government does not allow this barbaric practice of confining an animal with a huge disadvantage to be terrified, tortured and slaughtered.

If the dogs need to be trained to hunt, let them do it in the wild with realistic odds. Give the prey a chance to use its natural abilities to escape and evade.
