This seems like an inhumane way to treat animals. Though I'm not a hunter, I have no problem with people who are. However I believe there must be ways to train dogs to hunt safely and effectively without using caged wildlife. I disagree with the proposed approach and would encourage a more balanced review to identify better alternatives before moving forward with a proposal.
