This proposal is not only cruel to the animals that would be caught and used, it will also be damaging to our ecological systems and environmental footprint. Enough of these animals already suffer as we expand our roads and cities and encroach on their wild spaces, and pay the price with their lives. Please listen to the majority of the population for once. These current vacilities must be phased out, and no new vacilities made.
