I was an appellant in an OMB hearing, It was VERY expensive. Unless you are with a group of people it is just too expensive to do an appeal on your own.
The hearing had no court reporter. There were inconsistencies in the decision and they were difficult to address with no official documentation.
The Chairperson should have some land use planning experience in order to better understand the issues.
