I am concerned with the idea of repealing drive clean for light vehicles. I do not want to make driving inaccessible/too expensive but a single poorly tuned car can and does cause terrible air pollution that impacts the health of everyone around.
Drive clean testing is necessary for all cars to protect our right to clean air.
