Farmers should be able to access these proposed changes. The province removed the ability for a farmer to create a retirement lot in the Greenbelt area when the Greenbelt was implemented.
The provision for lot creation for farmers should be restored in the Greenbelt.
It doesnt need to be accessible to non-farmers.
