Not a very humane way to treat animals. Charges are laid out quite frequently when it comes to animal cruelty. Why does the MNR think this proposal would not inflict the same results. There are many other alternatives that should be explored before using live animals as dog bait. I find it hard to believe that this idea is even being entertained by the Government considering the vast amount of knowledge they would have regarding wildlife and cruelty to animals.
As a OFAH member and Big Game Hunter, I find this quite disturbing and irresponsible.
