Ontario put in a breed ban saying it was about public safety regarding dogs and now wants to encourage dogs to be trained for and kill small to mid size animals? What Ford's government is doing is encouraging animal cruelty and putting dogs and the public at risk, This is nothing less than barbaric. Shame on the Ontario government.
