To whom it mat concern,
I think that this is terrible! It is wrong to torture any animal in this way. If someone needs a dog to do the killing for them, they do not deserve to call themselves a hunter! Please do not allow this to continue in any way. Please do not issue new licenses and please cancel any that exist. This is wrong on so many levels. It is bad enough that we are already destroying wildlife's habitat, but to do this to them is horrible. We, as a species, have to start doing better for our wildlife and our environment!
