I agree with the ministry's decision revoke Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 1667-CPWU3Z issued to 117 Disco Road Inc. The facts make clear of bad, and illegal behaviour in the business of fill removal and placement on the part of some of the officers of the company. Common sense would lead to the decision to revoke the environmental compliance approval in question
