Our kids need help. They need the same opportunity to sever and build a house on the family farm just like our generation did. Without this, passing the farm onto the next generation is even harder. Please help give them a chance - loosen the severance rules. Even allowing us to sever one lot will have minimal impact to farms and make a huge different to help the next generation of farmers.
