I am saddened and disappointed reading this 'revised' policy. For a ministry charged with the permanent protection for provincial parks and conservation reserves this policy definitely falls short with respect to evaluation and consultation and not in line with the planning and management principles referenced in the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act. I cannot fathom such a dramatic weakening of this version as compared to previous other than to guess it is due to political meddling. Shame on you Minister Piccini.
