This is an absurd request and is to the benefit of one corporation not the constituent community at large. The answer should be no. The environment can not support these continuous ongoing multiple drains upon its stability. Stop it. Just stop acting in such a greedy , self centered and ignorant manner.the aggregate is not even destined for use in our community but to benefit others elsewhere.
